Attempting to Take Pictures With Levi + Revolt Update

Hello Wednesday!
I am SO ready for this week to be over and Wednesday just seems so much closer to the weekend than Tuesday, eh? Not going to lie this week has sucked. The workouts are going good, but this detox week is HARD. I’ve had a headache every evening and am all around crabby. Did I mention I haven’t had seen Aunt Flo in TWO YEARS and she decided to come the day I started Revolt!? Seriously?? Let’s just say all I want is a brownie or a cookie- but I am staying strong.

Monday night we went to our friend Mike and his girlfriend Rachel’s gender reveal party and I am SO excited they are having a girl! We have already set up an arranged marriage between Levi and the future little girl (;

And on a random note- I AM DONE PUMPING. NO MORE MASTITIS. NO MORE PAIN!! You have no idea how happy this makes me. I have more time to do things, I can drink all the caffeine I want and my boobs are no longer huge! So exciting to be able to fit into something other than a sports bra!

Moving on. Yesterday I attempted to get some mommy-Levi pictures and this is about as good as it gets with a wild one year old. And don’t get too excited I was rocking my normal hobo-casual as I like to call it these days…

Hello thunder thighs!

Top: Target (I died!) Leggings: Victoria’s Secret Boots: Dr. Martens

And I am officially already over hot weather during the day. I hate sweating and feeling gross while out running errands. The evenings when it cools down though is PERFECT.

*REVOLT UPDATE*

So the food part is hard. The first week is “Detox Week” and is designed to help detox your body from sugar. And well you all know I love my sugar- so this is pretty difficult! During the day I am fine, it’s at night when I really crave the sweets, but I’m sure the cravings will lessen with time.

Like I said Monday I have slightly changed the meal plan this week but am still eating very very clean and no sugar (other than from fruit).
As soon as I wake up I have been eating a banana and a hard boiled egg. Then once Levi goes down for his nap I do my workout and then immediately have a protein drink (powder+water). Lunch has been a salad and dinner has been bland chicken with vegetables. Monday after dinner I had a small green smoothie for “dessert” and Tuesday I had a small yogurt/oat bowl.

Tuesday’s Dinner: Instead of dressing I added 1 Tbs. teriyaki sauce to the chicken so that it wasn’t so bland

I LOVE the workouts but man they are hard! For some reason each day while looking over the workout I don’t think that it looks that bad- and then afterwards I am waddling around the house worse then I did when I was prego! My favorite thing about the workouts is that they are only about 30-40 minutes depending on what level you choose. I also love the variety, you’re not doing the same exercises day in and day out.

Today is a rest day (I will probably just walk on the treadmill) and I am going to spend most of it relaxing because I am EXHAUSTED. This detox is kicking my butt!
