Smores Cupcakes

If you like smores, then you will LOVE these cupcakes! These babies have a graham cracker crust, dark chocolate cake mix base, they are stuffed with marshmallow cream and finished with chocolate frosting. I mean really does that not sound amazing!?

Smores Cupcakes

- 2 C. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 C. butter, melted
- 1/4 C. sugar
- 1 box chocolate cake mix (+ eggs, oil, water)
- 1 jar marshmallow cream
- 1 can chocolate frosting

- Preheat oven to 350
- In a small bowl combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Set aside.
- Prepare cake mix according to directions on box.
- Spray muffin tin, and put 2 Tbs. of graham cracker crumbs in each spot. Press with a spoon.
- Put about 1 Tbs. of cake batter onto each crust.
- Put marshmallow cream into a pastry bag (or cut a ziploc bag) and squeeze a small amount onto the center of each cupcake.
- Top each with about another 2 Tbs. cake mix.
- Bake according to directions on box (about 15-18 min)
*Repeat with 2nd batch*
- Once cool, top each cupcake with frosting and sprinkle with remaining graham cracker crumbs.

* I did the first batch in a sprayed muffin tin, and the second in a lined muffin tin. I preferred the first batch made without liners *
