Hello long lost friends!
I haven’t blogged in awhile, i’ve just been busy doing a million different other things (including going dark- see below!) and didn’t have much time. I’m excited to get back into it though and catch up with everyone!
Gluten-Free Eating Update:
Amazing. My stomach has never felt better, and I am 100% convinced it is because of removing gluten from my diet. So if you have stomach issues, then I highly suggest at least trying a gluten-free diet to see if it helps.
Some favorite gluten-free eats as of lately:
- Fresh juice from Earth Fare. Pretty sure this one was: apple, carrot, ginger and parsley.
- New fav Kombucha flavor: Hibiscus Ginger Grapefruit
- Homemade vegetable soup using gluten-free noodles.
- Sweet potato fries glazed with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey. holy yum.
- Spaghetti squash + marinara
- Homemade chili.
- Breakfast casserole with turkey sausage, eggs and cheese. Secret ingredient: Maple syrup.
- Garlic sweet potato puffs.
And I don’t know how I have no pictures, but I have eaten more gluten-free brownies and sour gummy worms than I care to admit.
