So far I have tried both the protein powders and the pre-workout mix. I have used tried the protein powder mixed with water, in smoothies and in baking.

Remember my Skinny Protein Brownies? I used the Chocolate Peanut Butter Whey Protein in those- and like I said before, they turned out fantastic!  The Natural Chocolate Casein is my favorite of the two when added to smoothies with almond milk and a frozen banana.

As you know, I have been doing Revolt, and some of the strength workouts are pretty hardcore. I noticed a huge difference in my stamina when I began drinking the Pre-Workout Concentrate before my workouts. It helped me get through those last few reps a lot easier than before and the pink lemonade flavor is so tasty. Even Stu liked the flavor and he is extremely picky! I did notice though, that the few times I worked out later in the day, I had a little bit of a hard time going to sleep. If you are sensitive to caffeine like I am, than I would recommend only drinking the Pre Workout Concentrate on days where you can work out early.

I am really excited to try out the remaining three products that I was sent and will definitely let you know what I think once I do!
