Fitness Survey!

So as you read yesterday, I had full intention on taking Levi to the gym with me. Well after a not so great night and an even worse day that involved NO napping and an all day headache, we never made it. I’m pretty sure the little guy is teething so after some tylenol, he finally went to sleep! So we are going to give it another shot today- thanks for all your kind words yesterday (:

1. What did you eat for breakfast?
Lemon water + Banana w/ peanut butter

2. How much water do you drink a day?
A LOT. Drinking lots of water is one thing that I am good at. I’m always thirsty!

3. What is your current favorite workout?
Walking or Piloxing- which I haven’t done in forever, need to get on that!

4. How many calories do you eat a day?
I have no clue. It’s been a long time since I’ve done that.

5. What are your favorite healthy snacks?
Any kind of fruit!

6. What do you usually eat for lunch?
Usually a green smoothie or yogurt bowl.

7. What is your favorite body part to strength train?
Definitely arms

8. What is your least favorite body part to strength train?
Legs/butt

9. What are your “bad” food cravings?
Umm… just go look at my recipe tab.

10. Do you take vitamins or supplements?
I take prenatal vitamins (No I’m not preggo-they ar great for your hair!) and I take tums like they’re going out of style.

11. How often do you eat out?
Not often. No more than once or twice a week.

12. Do you eat fast food?
Nope.

13. Who is your biggest supporter?
Stu and my parents

14. Do you have a gym membership?
Yes, but I rarely use it. That is about to change!

15. How many hours of sleep do you get a night?
I try for 8 hours. But my sleep schedule is dictated by Levi (;

16. Do you have a “cheat” day?
On weekends I tend to eat way worse than during the week

17. Do you drink alcohol?
Yes, but nowhere near as much as I use too.

18. Do you have a workout buddy?
No, I wish! I do have a few girls that I walk with sometimes.

19. What is the best thing that has changed about your life since committing to a healthy lifestyle?
The healthier I eat and the more I workout- the better I feel and look!

20. What was the last healthy thing you did?
I ate a healthy salad for dinner. And then I ate some cookie butter. whoops.
